GOVAN GOES GLAM - "MAMMA MIA" AT THE PEARCE

The VIEWPOINTS film group brings together film enthusiasts and filmmakers to plan and co-ordinate a screening program in venues such as The Portal and the Pearce Institute. Our aim is to bring Cinema to the Community - providing people with another chance see their favourite films on the big screen, while catching up with friends over a bite to eat before the main event. Our recent screening of Slumdog Millionaire (15) was a great success, with everyone enjoying a taste of Indian cuisine (courtesy of local supermarket ASDA) and an outstanding film.

For our next screening we've gone glam, with the hit muscial Mamma Mia (PG) and a Greek themed buffet.

Details: Thursday 23rd July 2009 - Doors open 6.30pm, film starts 7.30' ish.
