    We deliver creative courses, such as jewellery making, within Resource Centres & health settings. By engaging people in a familiar environment, where they currently receive treatment and support, we aim to build trust and develop creative and personal skills to increase self-worth, confidence and sense of purpose.

    The welcome videos offers a list of organisations for those arriving who do not know the area and acts as a signposting tool for those in need of advice and support. The videos have been translated by participants into Amharic, Tigrinya and Arabic.

    We have partnered with Govan Home Education Link Project to provide some fun arts activities that bring parents and children together to play and learn from each other.

    The ‘Well Said’ project has been developed in response to the ongoing requests from individuals with great film ideas who need help in making them happen.

  7. CREATE CREW (AGES 12-16)

    A welcoming creative club for young people with varied workshops in drama, script writing, film making, radio drama, dance, costume design, beat-boxing, singing and creative arts.

  8. Portal Kidz Club (Ages 5-11)

    A fun club for budding artists and performers to develop their creativity. In the past year this group have learned singing, drama, dance, guitar, costume making and have performed in front of 500 people for our ‘Clydeside Story’ project.

    Everything you need to know to get started in machine sewing. Our experienced tutor will guide you through hems, zips, following a pattern and soon you will be using your skills for your own projects in home furnishing, dress making or up-cycling.
